Plot:
Rafiki recounts Mufasa’s early years, hoping to calm Kiara while she waits for her parents to settle their adult lion business. Pumbaa and Timon appear as babysitters, with the zany creatures intended to give some comic relief to the otherwise serious film. Instead of bookending “Mufasa” with their shenanigans, Nathanson occasionally interrupts the action to enable the pals to have their moments, which, somewhat unexpectedly, are all terrible. There’s little need for Rogen and Eichner’s dreadful riffing, and “Mufasa” is in much better shape away from the clowns. They focus on how the first lion king became defined by the traumatic death of his parents, finally befriending Taka over Obasi’s objection. Flixtor vip offers a large number of classic titles, as well as recent ones.
